Instructions:
  1. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink  to stamp the standing bear from the Bear Hugs Clear Stamp Set  onto white cardstock.
  2. Fussy-cut the bear, color with Copic markers, and edge with a black pen. Set aside.
  3. Use the third largest die from the XXLL Double Stitched Rectangles Die Set  to cut a piece of patterned paper from the Ombré Patterned Paper Pad  to become the background.
  4. Use the same die to cut the bottom part from another sheet of the same pattern from the same pad. I actually had half a sheet as leftovers from a previous project.
  5. Place a wavy border die horizontally across the bottom of the sheet, secure the die with low-tack tape, and run through the die-cut machine.
  6. Use a YG Copic marker to edge the top of both sections the layer them onto the bottom of the background die-cut.
  7. Cut Avalanche White textured cardstock with the second largest die from the XXLL Double Stitched Rectangles Die Se and use to mat the background panel.
  8. Use the solid balloon dies from the Polaroid Pop Die Set DI-89 to cut white cardstock.
  9. Color the balloons with red Copic markers.
  10. Use Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp the polka-dots from the Bear Hugs Clear Stamp Seonto two of the balloons.
  11. Use Bleed-proof White to paint the highlights that were impressed into the die-cuts.
  12. Tie a piece of black thread to the bottom of each of the balloons.
  13. Adhere the bear to the bottom of the background panel as shown.
  14. Tie each of the balloon strings around the bear's hand, then knot the three threads together.
  15. Use a two-piece birthday greeting die and the matching alphabet dies to cut red cardstock.
  16. Trim the "Bir" from the "Birthday" die-cut.
  17. Adhere the "Happy" sentiment die-cut to the top left of the background panel.
  18. Adhere the letters B-e-a-r, then the "thday" die-cut to create the second part of the sentiment.
  19. Adhere the matted image panel onto a red A6 card.
