Instructions:
  1. Cut a piece of 12x12 Avalanche cardstock to 6" x 12". Score at 6" and fold to form a 6" square card. Set aside.
  2. Securee a panel of Neenah cardstock to the base of the stamping platform with magnets.
  3. Use Tuxedo Black Memento ink to stamp the Santa Hat from the Camel Ye Faithful Clear Polymer Stamp Set . twice, once onto white cardstock and once onto repositionable sticker paper.
  4. Fussy-cut the hat and place it over its counterpart as a mask.
  5. Position the front-facing camel stamp from the Camel Ye Faithful Clear Polymer Stamp Set so that the top of its head is face-down on the masked Santa hat.
  6. Stamp the camel twice, once onto the image panel and once onto repostionable sticker paper.
  7. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version and place it onto the camel as a mask.
  8. Place the sand dunes stamp facedown on the left side of masked camel.
  9. Ink the stamp with Desert Sand Memento ink and stamp.
  10. Remove, clean, and dry the stamp.
  11. Position the sand dunes stamp on the right side of the camel.
  12. Ink the sand dunes stamp again with Desert Sand Memento ink and stamp.
  13. Remove the image panel from the stamping platform.
  14. Stamp the sand dunes twice onto label paper. Fussy-cut both label paper versions and place them over their counterparts on the image panel.
  15. Brush Summer Sky Memento ink horizontally across the masked images to create a sky background.
  16. Repeat with pink ink to add some warmth to the sky.
  17. Remove and retain the masks.
  18. Use one of the stitched circle dies from the Nested Circles Essentials Die Set  to cut the image panel. *
  19. Color the camel, the Santa Hat, and the sand dunes.
  20. Use a white Gelly Roll gel pen to add catchlights to the camel's pupils.
  21. Use the other dies from the Nested Circles Essentials Die Set to cut green, white, and red cardstock, then use the die-cuts to mat the image panel as shown.
  22. Cut a piece of green cardstock to 5.75".
  23. Use magnets to secure the green square to the STAY-tion.
  24. Secure the Music Notes 6x6 Grunge Stencil over the green square with magnets
  25. Sponge or brush Olive Elements Ink over the stencil onto the green panel.
  26. Use the Olive Elements Ink to heavily edge the panel since the stencil is a little smaller than the green panel.
  27. Use magnets to secure a small scrap of white cardstock to the base of the stamping platform.
  28. Position the "Oh Camel" sentiment stamp face-down on the white cardstock.
  29. Ink the sentiment stamp with Shady Lane VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp the "Oh Camel..." sentiment onto the white cardstock.*
  30. Trim the sentiment and use a punch to round the corners.
  31. Use the bubbles die to cut white cardstock.
  32. Keeping the cardstock in the die, brush Summer Sky Memento ink through the holes in the die onto the cardstock.
  33. Remove the cardstock from the die and use a pink Copic marker to make the color match the sky.
  34. Adhere the green cardstock panel to the reserved white 6" square card.
  35. Adhere the image panel as shown.
  36. Use dimensional foam adhesive to adhere the sentiment panel.
  37. Adhere the bubbles between the sentiment and the camel's head.
Notes:
  • Retrospectively, I should have positioned the stitched circle die so that the camel's head and neck were further to the right side of the circle to make more room for the sentiment. Alas.
  • Olive Elements Ink is very close in color to  Shady Lane VersaFine Clair Ink, but I prefer the clarity of the VersaFine Clair Ink when stamping fine-lined detailed images such as type.
