Stamping Platform

Instructions:

1. Create an A6 card from white speckled navy cardstock. Set aside.
2. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the Steampunk gentleman from the "Weird Is My Normal" Cling Mounted A6 Stamp Set twice — once onto white Copic-friendly cardstock and once onto repositionable sticker paper.
3. Use Copic markers to color the focal image. 
4. Place a strip of Bolted Layers Washi Tape 106 under the colored image. 
5. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version of the Steampunk gentleman and place it over its counterpart on the image panel as a mask.
6. Place the small rectangle from the Snap Thoughts DI-90 Die Set blades down on the image panel and secure with low-tack tape. 
7. Run the combination through your die-cut machine. 
8. Remove the image panel die-cut from the cutting die.
9.  Brush light grey dye ink over the masked image and onto a scrap of white cardstock. 
10. Use an Isopropyl Alcohol-filled Fine Spray Mister to spray the image panel die-cut. This will add white speckles to the image panel die-cut and will blend the ink but won't pill the paper.
11. Remove the mask from the Steampunk gentleman. 
12. Use a N6 Copic marker to darken his pupils, then use a White Gelly Roll Gel Pen to add catchlights to them. 
13. Use a fineliner and/or other Copic markers to touch up the image. 
14. Cut a piece of black cardstock so that it's slightly larger than the image panel die-cut and use this to mat the image panel. Set aside.
15. Select a piece of patterned paper from the Ink Drops - Midnight 6x6 Patterned Paper Pad to use as a background panel. 
16. Trim the patterned paper to 4.25" wide. Use a B39 Copic to edge the panel. 
17. Place the grey-inked cardstock scrap onto the base of a stamping platform and secure with magnets and/or low-tack tape. 
18. Place the "Happy Father's Day" sentiment stamp from the Classic Sentiments Clear Stamp Set facedown on the scrap. 
19. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamp and lift.
20. Ink the sentiment stamp with Medieval Blue VersaFine Clair Ink and stamp. 
21. Re-ink and stamp again if needed to attain a good impression.
22. Use a sentiment strip cutting die to cut the sentiment. 
23. Use a Fancy Label Cutting Die and a Steampunk Corner Die to cut gold metallic cardstock.
24. Adhere the gold metallic Steampunk Corner die-cutss to the upper corners of the background panel.
25. Adhere the matted image panel as shown.
26. Adhere the stamped sentiment onto the gold Fancy Label Sentiment die-cut, then adhere the combination to the background panel as shown.
27. Adhere the completed background panel to the reserved white-speckled navy A6 card.

Stamping Platform

Instructions:

1. Create an A2 card from gold metallic cardstock. Set aside.
2. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp Sir Henry from the Sir Henry Fortesque Cling Rubber Stamp Set twice — once onto a panel of Bristol Paper and once onto repositionable sticker paper.
3. Heat set the Bristol Paper version, then use Copic markers to color the image.
4. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version of Sir Henry then place it atop its counterpart on the image panel as a mask. 
5. Sponge or brush Lost Shadow Distress Ink over the image panel. 
6. Sponge or brush Summer Sky Memento Ink over the image panel. 
7. Set the panel aside. 
8. Remove the mask from the image panel.
9. Use a Gloss Glaze Gel Pen to add dimension to the buttons on his vest. 
10. Let the Gloss Glaze Ink dry, then add another layer.
11. Use a White Gelly Roll Gel Pen to add catchlights to his eyes. 
12. Use the Red Berry Sparkle Marker to add glittery elements to the brooch on his cravat. 
13. Set the image panel aside. 
14. Add water to a small container. 
15. Add a small amount of Apothecary Azure Magical Pigment Powder from the Steampunk Soiree Magical Pigment Powder Set and mix well. 
16. Use a paint brush to apply the diluted Apothecary Azure Magical Pigment Powder to a piece of Mixed Media Paper. 
17. Heat set then apply another coat of diluted Apothecary Azure Magical Pigment Powder to deepen the color.  
18. Heat set the panel thoroughly, then cut with the 3 in 1 Mitered Frame Die. Be sure to retain the excess painted cardstock.
19. Use the paint brush to edge the window and exterior edges of the frame die-cut. 
20. Remove the spray applicator from the Gossamer Gold Moon Shadow Mist from the Moon Shadow Mists Spray Set and tap it to add drips and drops randomly over the frame, being sure to get some onto the edges and in the mitered corners of the frame die. 
21. Heat set the frame die-cut thoroughly.
22. Place the excess painted Mixed Media Paper onto the base of a stamping platform and secure with magnets and/or low-tack tape.
23. Place the "An Ordinary Life" sentiment stamp from the Sir Henry Fortesque Cling Rubber Stamp Set facedown on the piece of painted Mixed Media Paper.
24. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamp and lift.
25. Ink the sentiment stamp with VersaMark Ink and stamp. 
26. Ink the sentiment stamp again with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink and stamp.
27. Remove the stamped Mixed Media Paper from the platform.
28. Add black fine detail embossing powder to the wet ink. 
29. Dump the excess powder back into the container and heat set the sentiment. 
30. Use a small rectangle die to cut the sentiment, then edge the sentiment die-cut with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink.
31. Spray Gossamer Gold Moon Shadow Mist from the Moon Shadow Mists Spray Set onto a small piece of Mixed Media Paper. 
32. Heat set. 
33. Spray Cactus Gold Spritz Spray from the Glitz Spritz Spray Set by Lindy's Stamp Gang over the same small piece of Mixed Media Paper to add additional gold accents to it.
34. Heat set thoroughly, then use a nameplate cutting die to cut the sprayed golden Mixed Media Paper. 
35. Edge the nameplate die-cut with  Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink.
36. Adhere the sentiment die-cut to the nameplate die-cut. 
37. Add the small metallic cogs to the nameplate, then secure with red mini-brads.
38. Adhere the frame die-cut over the image panel. 
39. Adhere the combination to the reserved gold metallic A2 card. 
40. Adhere the nameplate sentiment to finish the card.

Stamping Platform

Instructions:

1. Create a 5" x 7" card from black textured cardstock. Set aside.
2.  Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink  to stamp the larger Steampunk Elf from the Steampunk Elf Cling Rubber Stamp Set twice — once onto a piece of Copic-friendly white cardstock and once onto repositionable sticker paper.
3. Use Copic markers to color the Steampunk Elf. 
4. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version and place it over its counterpart on the image panel. 
5. Sponge or Lost Shadow Distress Ink over the masked image panel to add a background. 
6. Remove the masks. 
7. Use a white gel pen to add highlights to the goggle lenses and the Steampunk Elf's eyes. Set the image panel aside.
8. Spray a piece of black and a piece of white mixed media cardstock with Brushed Nickel and Steel Shimmer Glitz Sprays from the Glitz Sprays Set. Heat set and spray again to achieve a mottled silvery shine on both the black and white mixed media paper. Heat set until thoroughly dry.
9. Spray a piece of white mixed media cardstock with Steampunk Sepia Stardust Spray from the Industrial Chic Stardust Spray Set and heat set. Spray again to deepen the color and add to the shimmer. Heat set. This panel will be the background panel of the card.
10. Flatten all of the sprayed panels by placing them (one at a time) onto the base of a die-cut machine. 
11. Add a clean piece of cardstock atop the sprayed panel followed by both cutting mats. 
12. Run the sandwich through the die-cut machine several times until it is flat. An alternative is to place the sprayed and heat-set panel onto a magnetic surface, place a clear acrylic plate (like a cutting mat) over the panel, and add magnets onto the plate. 
13. Place the Steampunk Sepia Sprayed panel onto the base of a stamping platform and secure with magnets and/or low-tack tape. 
14. Place two of the gear clusters from the Flowers and Gears Clear Stamp Set 195 facedown on the bottom and right side of the sprayed panel.
15. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamps, lift the lid,  ink the stamps with Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink, and stamp. Re-ink and stamp again if needed to achieve good impressions. 
16. Remove the image panel from the stamping platform and heat set the ink. 
17. Trim the panel to 4.75" x 6.75" and edge with Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink. Heat set the panel and set it aside.
18. Place the trimmed scrap of the Steampunk Sepia sprayed panel onto the base of the stamping platform and secure with magnets and/or low-tack tape.
19. Place the "Season's Greetings" sentiment from the Christmas Greetings Clear Polymer Stamp Set facedown on the Steampunk Sepia scrap. 
20. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamp, lift the lid, ink the stamp with Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink, and stamp. Re-ink and stamp again if needed to achieve good impressions. 
21. Use a sentiment cutting die to trim the sentiment. Edge the sentiment die-cut with the Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink.
22. Use  the largest sprocket gear die from the Sprightly Sprockets Die Set, a Fancy Tag Die, and the shadow die from the All Geared Up To Celebrate" Sentiment Die Set to cut the Brushed Nickel and Steel Shimmer Glitz Sprayed black mixed media cardstock.  
23. Use the "All Geared Up To Celebrate" words die to cut the Brushed Nickel and Steel Shimmer Glitz Sprayed white cardstock and adhere it over its shadow.
24. Use a circle die that is slightly larger than the center of the Sprocket Gear die-cut to cut the image panel. 
25. Adhere the shimmery black Sprocket Gear die-cut over the image panel die-cut so that the Steampunk Elf is framed by it.
26. Adhere the "Season's Greetings Sentiment" rectangle die-cut to the black Fancy Tag die-cut.
27. Adhere "All Geared Up To Celebrate" to the top left of the background panel.
28. Adhere the Sprocket-Gear framed image panel die-cut as shown. 
29. Adhere the fancy label "Season's Greetings" die-cut as shown. 
30. Adhere the card front to the reserved black 5" x 7" card.

Stamping Platform

Instructions:

1. Create an A6 card from white heavy cardstock. Set aside.
2. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp Enervy twice — once onto white cardstock and once onto repositionable sticker paper. 
3. Use Copic markers to color Enervy. 
4. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version of him and place it atop its counterpart on the image panel as a mask. 
5. Place the small wavy-edged rectangle die from the Snap Thoughts Die Set DI-90 facedown on the image panel, so that the die is framing the masked Enervy. 
6. Secure the die with low-tack tape, then run the sandwich through the die-cut machine. 
7. Flip the secured cutting die/die-cut panel to the reverse. 
8. Use low-tack tape to secure the die-cut to the back of the image image.
9. Flip the panel over again so that the masked image and the cutting die are facing upwards. 
10. Secure the cutting die in place with low-tack tape, taking care to keep the tape off of the image panel.
11. Place a piece of low-tack tape horizontally just above Enervy's paws and tail end but with the die still showing. Brush or sponge Wintergreen Dye Ink over the cutting die, the masked image, and the low-tack tape onto the image panel die-cut.
12. Move the low-tack tape so that it's covering the bottom part of the die-cut and the inked area. 
13. Brush or sponge Wintergreen Dye Ink over the cutting die, the masked image, and the tape onto the image panel die-cut. 
14. Place the Snowflake stencil over the top part of the image panel and brush or sponge Wintergreen Dye Ink over the stencil onto the image panel.
15. Remove the stencil, the die-cut, the tape, and the repositionable sticker paper mask. You should be left with a white border around the edge of the die-cut.
16. Use a white gel pen to add highlights to Enervy's pupils.
17. Brush or sponge the Wintergreen Dye Ink onto a small piece of white cardstock and secure the inked panel to the base of a stamping platform with magnets and/or low-tack tape.
18. Place the "Baa Humbug" and "Naughty/Nice" stamps from the Skullduggery Cling Mounted Stamp Set facedown onto the inked cardstock. 
19. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamps, lift the lid, ink the stamps with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink, and stamp. Re-ink and stamp again if necessary to attain a good impression.
20. Trim the Naughty/Nice panel. 
21. Cut the "Baa Humbug" sentiment panel with a nameplate die. 
22. Use Wintergreen Dye Ink to edge both sentiment pieces.
23. Se;ect a piece of patterned paper from the Jolly Christmas 8x8 Patterned Paper Pad and cut it to 4.25" x 6" to create the background panel. 
24. Edge the patterned paper background panel with Wintergreen Dye Ink.
25. Adhere the image panel die-cut to the patterned paper background panel.
26. Adhere both sentiments as shown. 
27. Adhere the background panel to the reserved white A6 card.

Instructions:

2. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the woman from the Lady Fortesque Cling Mounted Rubber Stamp Set onto white cardstock. 
3. Use Copic markers to color Lady Fortesque. 
4. Use a metallic gold pen to add sheen to her earrings, her choker, and the dangling thing on her right side.
5. Place a piece of low-tack tape across the image panel below Lady Fortesque 's feet.
6. Place the second largest die from the Tag It Yourself Die Set 27 cutting-side down with Lady Fortesque centered in the die. 
7. Secure the die to the image panel with low-tack tape, then run the sandwich through a die-cut machine. 
8. Flip the die and panel so that the back of the panel shows.
9. Use low-tack tape to secure the tag die-cut to the panel. 
10. Flip the combination back over so that the image is facing upwards.
11.  Gently brush Graphite, then Russet Orange Elements Inks over the back of the die onto the image panel die-cut. 
12. Remove the low-tack tape below Lady Fortesque 's feet and place the tape onto the horizon line to cover the bottom of the image panel.
13. Brush  Graphite, then Russet Orange Elements Inks more heavily over the tape and the back of the die, onto the bottom of the image panel die-cut. 
14. Remove the cutting die and clean it with hand sanitizer. 
15. Set the image panel die-cut aside.
16. Cut a piece of patterned paper from the Ink Drops - Midnight 6x6 Paper Pad by Craft Consortium to 5" wide and adhere it to the top of a 5" x 6 ¾" of thin white cardstock. 
17. Use Y26 and Y23 Copic markers to alter the color of some of the veins of the patterned paper.
18. Trim a piece of patterned paper to 1 ½" x 5" and lightly brush it with Graphite and Russet Orange Elements Inks. 
19. Use Graphite Elements Ink to edge the strip of patterned paper.
20. Place the white cardstock/patterned paper panel onto the base of a stamping platform and secure with magnets and/or low-tack tape.
21. Position the long flowerless gears stamps from the Flowers and Gears Clear Stamp Set 195 facedown along the left side of the patterned paper panel. 
22. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamp, lift, ink the stamp with Lightning Black Brilliance Ink, and stamp.
23. Clean and dry the gears stamp, then position the stamp facedown along the right edge of the patterned paper panel. 
24. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamp, lift, ink the stamp with Lightning Black Brilliance Ink, and stamp.
25. Remove and clean the stamp.
26. Position the two smaller gear stamps from the Flowers and Gears Clear Stamp Set 195 facedown along the center top and center bottom of the patterned paper panel.
27. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the two gears stamps, lift, ink the stamps with Lightning Black Brilliance Ink, and stamp.
28. Clean and dry the stamp.
29. Remove the patterned paper/white panel from the stamping platform.
30. Heat set the Brilliance ink, then adhere the brushed panel over the patterned paper onto the bottom of the white cardstock panel.
31. Trim the patterned paper covered panel to 4 ¾" wide. 
32. Use Lightning Black Brilliance Ink to edge the stamped patterned paper panel.
33. Heat set.
34. Sponge or brush Graphite and Russet Orange Elements Inks onto a scrap of white cardstock. 
35. Place the inked cardstock onto the base of the stamping platform. Secure with magnets and/or low-tack tape.
36. Position the word "Steampunk" from the Words of Steam Clear Polymer Stamp Set facedown on the inked panel.
37. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamp, lift, ink the stamp with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink, and stamp. Re-ink and stamp again if needed to attain a good impression.
38. Use a flags die to cut the sentiment, then use it again to cut another flag from the  Graphite and Russet Orange Elements Inked panel.
39. Trim the flags off of either end of the "Steampunk" sentiment, then edge the die-cut with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. 
40. Use Blue Jean Simply Sweet Rub-ons to add the word "strut" to the other flag, cut off the the flag edges, and edge with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink.
41. Adhere the image panel die-cut to the stamped patterned paper background panel. 
42. Adhere the sentiment die-cuts as shown. 
43. Adhere the card front to the reserved 5" x 7" blue card.

Stamping Platform

Instructions:

1. Create a 3.5" x 8.5" card from rust cardstock. Set aside.
2. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the Lady Fortesque Cling Rubber Stamp twice — onto white cardstock (image panel) and onto repositionable sticker paper (for a mask)
3. Use Copic markers to color Lady Fortesque on the image panel.
4. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version stamped in Step 2 and place it over its counterpart on the image panel.
5. Place the image panel onto the STAY-tion.
6. Place a ruler and/or a piece of low-tack tape horizontally over the base of the image panel.
7. Sponge Pebble Ink over the ruler and mask to color the top part of the image panel.
8. Place the Teeny Harlequin 3" x 6" Stencil onto the image panel and sponge Pebble Ink over the stencil onto the image panel.
9. Move the Teeny Harlequin 3" x 6" Stencil and continue to sponge Pebble Ink over the stencil.
10. Repeat Step #10 until you're happy with the background. 
11. Move the ruler/tape to cover the top part of the image panel. 
12. Sponge Skylight Ink over the the ruler and the masked image to cover the base of the image panel.
13. Use magnets or low-tack tape to secure the Floor Perspective 3" x 6" Stencil over the image panel.
14. Sponge Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink over the stencil to add the checkerboard pattern to the floor.
15. Use one of the dies from the Slimline Die Set to cut the image panel.
16. Use both Cosmic Copper Brilliance Ink and Celestial Copper Delicata Ink to edge the image panel die-cut.
17. Cut a piece of metallic copper cardstock .25" larger than the image panel die-cut and use to mat the die-cut. Set aside.
18. Choose a piece of patterned paper from the Lady Vagabond Maxi Backgrounds 12x12 Patterned Paper Pad and trim to 3.5" x 8.5".
19. Edge the patterned paper with Cosmic Copper Brilliance Ink and Celestial Copper Delicata Ink and adhere to the reserved slimline card.
20. Edge the card with Cosmic Copper Brilliance Ink and Celestial Copper Delicata Ink.
21. Use Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp the sentiment "Strut Your Stuff" onto the leftover patterned paper from Step #18.
22. Use a rounded rectangle die to cut the sentiment.
23. Edge the sentiment die-cut with 
24. Edge the card with Cosmic Copper Brilliance Ink and Celestial Copper Delicata Inks.
25. Use a flag cutting die to cut copper metallic cardstock. 
26. Adhere the sentiment die-cut to the metallic die-cut.
27. Adhere the image panel to the card as shown.
28. Adhere the matted sentiment die-cut to finish the card.
