This week's challenge at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is Anything Goes or Christmas!  Our January sponsor at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is Art by Mi Ran, who is offering our lucky winner three digis of his/her choice from the Art by Mi Ran Etsy shop.  Play along with us for your chance to win!

You should also visit my Outlawz Coloring Challenge Teamies' blogs to see what they created for this color challenge! Carla, Penny, and Laine are seriously talented and you will definitely be inspired by their artwork!
Here's my card with a very old Stampendous stamp!

Tuxedo Black Memento ink was used to stamp the image, which was then colored with Copic markers. A die from one of the Blueprints die sets by Die-namics was used to die-cut the image panel. The background was added with Cool Grey Copic markers and a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter pen was used to outline the image panel.

The patterned paper is from a 6x6 pad that I got at AC Moore last year. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the cover, so I don't know the manufacturer. Silver Glitter cardstock by DCWV was die-cut using the Vintage Season die by Poppy Stamps.

The card itself is shimmery metallic white. Sadly, the photo doesn't show that. Oh well.

Another Resolution!

Corrie Herriman is our hostess this week at Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog. Her challenge is "Painted Backgrounds." Here's what she had to say about her challenge.
"Happy Wednesday everybody. My first love in crafting is paint. So today I would like you all to use paint in your background. Doesn't matter what paint or how you apply it. Just have fun!"
If you'd like the chance to win your choice of $30 worth of Stampotique stamps, you should play along with this challenge. Visit Stampotique Designers Challenge blog and be sure to read the rules so that you'll have the chance to win that great prize!!!

Last week, my challenge was "Punny and/or Funny" and I've been seeing lots of great punny and funny projects. I guess I still had puns on my mind. I came up with the idea for this journal page about one of my resolutions for the new year, using Stampotique's Fiesta (Kira Nichols).

Here it is!

I used some Post-It Notes to cover the bird on the Fiesta stamp. The stamp was inked with  Tuxedo Black Memento ink, the Post-It was lifted, and the donkey was stamped onto Neenah cardstock. The image was colored with Shinhan Touch and Copic markers, fussy-cut, and the edges were inked with a black marker. The hooves were coated with a layer of Clear Gelly Glaze pen to add dimension and shine to them. The eyes were coated with Liquid Glass from DecoArt's Media line  to add glassy dimension and shine. The donkey was set aside (in a drawer) to dry while I worked on the background.

A page from my journal (140 lb. Mixed Media by Stratjmore) was sponged with Primary Magenta mixed with Titanium White Media Fluid Acrylic (MFA) paints by DecoArt. When the paint was dry, the color of the paint was deepened a bit, then sponged over the MPD Gears stencil by My Favorite Things. The stencil was left in place and  Titanium White MFA was mixed with Primary Yellow, Vermillion, and Cadmium Orange Hue MFA paint and sponged over some gears and/or parts of gears. By the way, I chose the colors in honor of Corrie, since they are her favorites.

A new (lighter) batch of  Primary Magenta and Titanium White MFA paint was mixed, then sponged over my Incognito stencil (by Andy Skinner available at DecoArt) at the top. The stencil was lifted and moved to the bottom of the page and the same paint mixture was sponged over that.

I grabbed my brand new Made to Measure stencil (by Andy Skinner available at DecoArt) and covered the gentleman in the center and some other stuff with Washi tape.

Paynes Grey MFA was mixed into White Media Modeling Paste by DecoArt, then scraped over the clock and ruler portions of the Made to Measure stencil using an old credit card. The journal page was put aside to let the paste dry.

Paynes Grey MFA was mixed with some Shimmering Silver from the Dazzling Metallics line of acrylic paints by DecoArt. This was sponged using a circular motion over a sheet of 140 lb. Mixed Media cardstock by Strathmore. Several layers were built up until I got the look I wanted, which was a pewtery (new word) metal look. The paint was allowed to dry, then the pewtery looking cardstock was die-cut with one of the Cogs dies, one of the Sprightly Sprockets dies,  a clock hand from an old clock set by Spellbinders, a gear die, and the A Hint of Lime Font die by Die-Versions.

By the time I was done with all that die-cutting, the White Media Modeling Paste was dry. Some Paynes Grey was mixed with a bit of Carbon Black MFA paint, the Made to Measure stencil was put back in place, and the paint was brushed over the roman numerals to darken 'em up a bit.

The die-cuts were assembled, adhered to the page, and Fiesta was adhered. Jet Black StazOn ink was used to edge the page and I called it done!

By the way, my resolution of getting my ass in gear refers to starting to exercise again, eat better, and manage my time more efficiently. Wish me luck.

Warm weather Steampunk scene!

We're about to get a Nor'Easter/Blizzard that might dump up to two feet of snow on us. The storm will be accompanied by frigid temperatures and high winds.

The hubster, who has been conveniently coincidentally way from home for Hurricane Irene, Hurricane Sandy, and a bunch of snowstorms, is leaving first thing tomorrow morning. Before the snowfall. Before the blizzard. Before Snowmageddon. *sigh*

With the impending stormage, it's nice to look at a fantasy warm-weather Steampunk scene, featuring SCACD's Steampunk Flowers and Hummingbirds rubber stamp set from the fabulous Eclectic Steampunk collection of new rubber stamps.

Here it is!

The larger hummingbird from the Steampunk Hummingbird rubber stamp set was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with Copic markers, fussy-cut, and edged with black marker. Clear Gelly Glaze pen was added to the screws, rivets, the goggle frame, and small gears to add dimension and shine. Liquid Glass from DecoArt's Media line was added to the goggle lens to add glassy dimension and shine. The hummingbird was set aside (in a drawer) to dry overnight.

Meanwhile, The large flower from SCACD's Steampunk Flowers and Hummingbirds rubber stamp set was stamped onto Neenah cardstock and onto Eclipse Tape. The Eclipse Tape version was fussy cut, laid over the large flower, and the smaller flower from the set was stamped over the large masked flower with the help of my trusty Stamp-a-Ma-Jig stamp positioner. I also stamped the smaller flower from the Steampunk Flowers and Hummingbirds set onto a double layer of Eclipse Tape, then fussy-cut, and pulled apart. The two flowers were adhered over their counterparts, then the background was airbrushed with a B21 Copic marker and my Copic Airbrush System. I should mention that the large and small flowers are also available as a set called Steampunk Flower set.

YG11, YG13, and YG17 Copic markers were used to add "grass" under the sky.

The masks were all lifted and the flowers were colored with Copic markers. When I was done, Metallic Glaze Fresco Finish acrylic paint by PaperArtsy was brushed over the metal parts of the leaves, flowers, and the buds. When it was dry, I used the Clear Gelly Glaze pen over the screws and gears to add dimension and shine. Lemon and Pink Spica Glitter pens were used to add glitter to the top parts of the flowers.

The colored and fussy-cut Steampunk Hummingbird was adhered, then the card panel was matted, and adhered to the card's front. I decided to stay with a CAS design to keep the focus on my Steampunk garden scene.

By the way, Steampunk Hummingbird and Steampunk Flower are both available from SCACD as digital stamps. Better yet, SCACD's Digital Stamps are on sale right now! Click HERE for more information!

Winter Wonderland!

This week's challenge at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is a Winter Wonderland!  Our January sponsor at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is Art by Mi Ran, who is offering our lucky winner three digis of his/her choice from the Art by Mi Ran Etsy shop.

Here's my card featuring Winter Sofia by Art by miran.

Winter Sofia was resized in PhotoElements, printed out onto Neenah cardstock with my laser printer, then colored with Copic markers. Some chalk pencil was added to her cheeks to give them a rosy blush. White and Clear Wink Of Stella glitter pens were used to add a glittery touch to the snowflakes and snow circles.

The color palette was chosen to match patterned paper from an old My Mind's Eye 6x6 pad. I also used some lovely aqua-y glitter paper by DCWV, which was die-cut with Squares Nestabilities dies to form a frame.
White/silvery glitter paper from the same 6x6 DCWV pad was punched with some very old Emaginations snowflakes punches.

The same aqua-y glitter paper and a sheet another sheet from the same My Mind's Eye pad were die-cut with two sentiment dies from a Just Rite Shapeabilities die set, also by Spellbinders. The sentiment was stamped with Jet Black Archival ink.

Doodlebug gemstones were added to the sentiment die-cut to finish the card.

Fun with Puns!

I'm hosting this week's challenge over at the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog! My challenge is Fun with Puns! I'm challenging you to create a funny or punny project!

Here's what Kathi's got to say about her challenge and yes, I am quoting myself and referring to myself in the third person!
e.e. cummings said, "The most wasted of all days is one without laughter."
"Puns and word play always make me smile. Really good puns make me laugh. Create a project that makes YOU smile, then share it with us! As always, have fun with this challenge!"
If you'd like the chance to win your choice of $30 worth of Stampotique stamps, you should play along with this challenge. Visit Stampotique Designers Challenge blog and be sure to read the rules so that you'll have the chance to win that great prize!!!

Here's my journal page with Stampotique's Henny Penny and Rootie Toot (both by Kira Nichols).

Rootie Toot and Henny Penny were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto scraps of Neenah cardstock. Rootie Toot was stamped twice and Henny Penny was stamped four times onto cardstock scraps. I wanted to have a mirror image of Henny Penny where she was facing left, so I tried something that I had heard about, but was never able to do successfully. Henny Penny was stamped onto an acrylic stamping block, then a scrap of cardstock was placed on top of the wet ink and the back of the paper was pressed into the ink. I was thrilled that I got a passably decent impression, so I did it again!

One Rootie Toot and three Henny Pennys were colored with Copic markers, fussy-cut, and edged with a black marker. The wings of the rest of the stamped impressions were colored with Copic markers, fussy-cut, and edged with black markers. All the hens and the rooster, plus four wings were set aside in a little box while I worked on the rest of the journal page.

You might (or might not) be asking, "Why did she create a journal page instead of a card?" The answer is that every now and then or often I get an idea that wouldn't really make a good card or make a card that anyone might actually want to receive.  But, I've got to get these ideas out of my head because there's not a lot of room left in ye olde noggin. Therefore, I've decided to make journal pages for those special projects.

Surprisingly, I've digressed. My journal is a 6" x 8" Mixed Media notebook by Strathmore that contains 140 lb. cardstock, which will hold up to most everything. I figured out where the sky should go and taped off the bottom with washi tape. The sky was sponged with Primary Cyan, mixed with a fair amount of Titanium White Media Fluid Acrylic (MFA) paints by DecoArt. A Small Sponge Dauber (Tsukineko) was used with Titanium White MFA paint to create the clouds. Titanium White and Primary Magenta MFA paint were mixed and sprayed with water to create a light wash, which was then sponged over the clouds to add a touch of pink to them.

The tape was lifted and repositioned to cover the painted cloudy sky. Carbon Black and Burnt Umber MFA paints were mixed and sponged over the bottom part of the page. This paint was lightened with Titanium White MFA, then mixed into Media Texture Sand Paste, then applied to the sides and bottom of the page using a palette knife. Some tiny glass marbly things were pressed into the wet Media Texture Sand Paste to add some interest. The page was set aside to let the paste dry for a bit.

A scrap of Mixed Media cardstock was die-cut with the spade die from the Garden Tools set by Memory Box. The handle wasn't big enough, so an old QuicKutz die was used to die-cut three handles. The handles were colored with Copic markers and the spade blades were colored with a silver leafing pen. The new-improved longer handled shovels were put together. The blades were shaped using an embossing stylus, then a bit of the brown Media Texture Sand Paste was added to each shovel. These were left to dry.

A scrap of white vellum was die-cut with one of the dies from the Conversation Bubble 2 set by Spellbinders. Adhesive-backed red cardstock was die-cut with the Alphabet Plain die set by Impression Obsession. The letters were adhered to the vellum to create my ever-so-witty and punny sentiment.

By the time the sentiment bubble was done, the Media Texture Sand Paste was dry, so I was able to adhere the sentiment and position Rootie Toot at the base of the "hole".

Blue Green Light MFA paint was used to create the grass. A bit of Primary Yellow MFA paint was mixed into the Blue Green Light MFA paint to make a lighter green, which was then used to paint a lighter color of grass. Burnt Umber MFA paint was painted onto the dried brown Media Texture Sand Paste to add color variation to the "earth". I did contemplate adding some skulls, bones, and worms, but decided against it.

The shovels were adhered to the wing of each Henny Penny and the additional wings were adhered to partly cover the shovels. All three Henny Pennys were adhered to the journal page and I called it done!

It's a Color Palette Coloring Challenge!

This week's challenge at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is a color challenge. The palette is below so you can see how I did with it. You can also grab the palette and play along with us so that you can win a great prize by our January sponsorArt by Mi Ran, who is offering our lucky winner three digis of their choice from the Art by Mi Ran Etsy shop.  Be sure to go check out Mi Ran's awesome digis! The team will be showcasing some of her cute digis throughout the month.
Here's the color palette, courtesy of Design Seeds

Here's my card, which uses a stamp from the Tipsy set from the Frou-Frou Collection by Crafter's Companion.

As usual, my colors now seem off to me. Oh well. I really don't much like color palette challenges anyway. My monitor and my printer don't agree very often, then when I get up into my craft room, everything changes. Too bad, so sad. :(

The gal in the martini glass from the Tipsy set was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and colored with Copic markers which were chosen because I was under the impression that they matched the printout of the color palette.

I decided to try to make it look as though the martini glass actually had a martini in it and that the girl was sitting in that boozy liquid. I don't know if I succeeed or not. You can judge.

The patterned papers are from the Flourish 6x6 pad by Authentique, the Happy Day 6x6 pad by My Mind's Eye, the Vintage Double Dot 6x6 pad by BoBunny, and an ancient piece of 12x12 paper from the 29th Street Market collection by My Mind's Eye. My name is Kathi and I am a patterned paper hoarder.

I've been doing some reorganizing and found an adhesive cardstock pad by QuicKutz. I used this to die-cut the sentiment, using word dies by Elizabeth Craft Designs. An equally ancient corner die was used to die-cut patterned paper, ancient Prima flower were layered, and rhinestones were used as flower centers.

Medieval Color Splash

Kaz Boughton is the challenge hostess this week at Stampotique Designers Challenge blog. Her challenge theme is "Color Splash". Here's what she's got to say about her challenge!
"I'd like to see some bright colours to cheer us up in the dim days of January."
If you'd like the chance to win your choice of $30 worth of Stampotique stamps, you should play along with this challenge. Visit Stampotique Designers Challenge blog and be sure to read the rules so that you'll have the chance to win that great prize!!!

Here's my card with Stampotique's  Phineas (Amy Wilson Wellenstein).

Phineas was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with Copic markers in bright colors,  fussy-cut, edged with a black marker, and set aside while I created a suitable background for him.

Variegated gray cardstock was cut to 4.75" x 6.75". Three windows were die-cut in the gray cardstock with one of the dies from the Arched Windows die set by Spellbinders. The bottom of the panel was colored with markers then covered with removable Scotch Tape. Slate Adirondack ink was sponged over the Stone Wall stencil (Green Pepper Press) onto it.

This didn't have enough contrast, so the Stone Wall stencil was repositioned and Boss Gloss Embossing ink was sponged over the stencil. The stencil was lifted, the tape was lifted (so it didn't melt), and Cement Antiquities embossing powder (Ranger) was dumped on, off, then heat set. This worked a charm as the Cement Antiquities embossing powder added texture and dimension to the stone wall.

140 lb. Mixed Media cardstock by Strathmore was painted with a variety of Media Fluid Acrylic (MFA) paints by DecoArt until I had a bright streaky background that I liked. Sadly, I was a bad me and put away the paints before recording which colors I used.

Black metallic cardstock was die-cut with the key corner from SCACD's Fancy Flower and Key Corner die set, SCACD's Ornate Hinge die, and SCACD's Nature's Tapestry Fan die. The black die-cuts were adhered behind the windows in the stone wall, then placed over a strip of the painted cardstock. I *think* I did achieve the look of stained glass windows on a stone wall.

Phineas was adhered to the card front. A Butterflies die by Impression Obsession was used to die-cut text or music patterned paper. The butterflies were colored with Copic markers to echo the butterfly in Phineas' hand.

Pink vellum was die-cut using one of the Fishtails dies by Die-namics, then the sentiment, Let Your Imagination Take Flight (Amy Wilson-Wellenstein), was stamped onto the die-cut using Jet Black StazOn ink. The sentiment die-cut was adhered and the butterflies were adhered to finish the card front.

Myths and Fairytales Canvas

This week's challenge at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is Myths and Fairytales, which is one of the easier challenges for me since I have loads of stamps featuring mythological beings, fairies, and other fantastic creatures.

Dragons fit into the realm of mythology and fairytales and I wasn't feeling like coloring a person, so I chose SCACD's Little Draco from SCACD's Mythical Reflections rubber stamp collection to create a canvas.

Here it is!

Little Draco was stamped with  Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with Copic markers, fussy-cut, and edged with a black marker. He was set aside while I created a background for him.

140 lb. Mixed Media cardstock by Strathmore was painted with Medium Grey Value 6, mixed with Dark Grey Value 3, both of which are Media Fluid Acrylic (MFA) paints by DecoArt. I let this dry while I mixed a small amount of Medium Grey Value 6 MFA paint into White Media Modeling Paste by DecoArt, which I then scraped this mixture over the Stone Wall stencil by Green Pepper Press using an old credit card. I let this dry while we had dinner.

When I returned from dinner, it felt dry, but I gave it a blast with my heat gun just to be doubly sure. I wouldn't do this when the paste was wet because I'd be afraid it would bubble or something. Anyway, the wall-ish panel was die-cut with the combined Vintage Cabinet Card and Vintage Cabinet Card Mini Movers and Shapers Alterations dies by Sizzix to create a window in the wall. All edges were sponged with Black Soot Distress ink, which was also sponged lightly over the textured stone wall to emphasize the stone texture and age it a bit too.

Old patterned paper from DCWV was selected for the interior of the room you can see through the window. Copic markers were used to alter the colors a bit to make the patterned paper match the Little Draco a bit better. Silver metallic paper was die-cut with a wall clock from an old Spellbinders set. Black Soot Distress ink and Golden Glitz Delicata ink was sponged through the die for the hands of the clock. The clock was adhered to the wall.

The colored and embellished patterned paper was adhered behind the aperture created in the stone wall by the Vintage Cabinet Card die-cut. The Vintage Cabinet Card frame die-cut was adhered in place using foam tape to pop it up dimensionally.

Green cardstock was die-cut with the Ivy set of dies by Spellbinders. I must say that I love this set. It includes two vines and a bunch of ivy leaves that emboss the veins in the ivy leaves as they are cut. Nifty! The vines were adhered to the stone wall, the leaves were added, then Little Draco was adhered using a combination of regular adhesive and foam dimensional stickers.

Parchment vellum was die-cut using one of the Dimensional Banners dies by Die-namics. A remnant rub by Idea-ology was added to the banner, which was then edged with Black Soot Distress ink. This was adhered to the top of the canvas to finish it.

Thanks for visiting today! You should also visit my Outlawz Coloring Challenge Teamies' blogs to see what they created for the Myths and Fairytales challenge! Carla, Penny, and Laine are seriously talented and you will definitely be inspired by their artwork!

New Year's Resolution journal page

Claudine is the challenge hostess this week at Stampotique Designers Challenge blog. Her challenge theme is "New Year's Resolutions". Here's what she's got to say about her challenge!
"Most of us always create a new year's resolution at the beginning of the new year. For 2015 try your hand at making something with your new year's resolution in mind."
If you'd like the chance to win your choice of $30 worth of Stampotique stamps, you should play along with this challenge. Visit Stampotique Designers Challenge blog and be sure to read the rules so that you'll have the chance to win that great prize!!!

Here's my journal page with Stampotique's Dance (Linda Peterson).

Dance (first time inked!) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with Copic markers, and fussy-cut. Dance was stamped again onto a scrap of patterned paper and the dress was shaded with Copic markers, then fussy-cut, and pieced in place. Dance was put aside while I created the background for her.

I've been doing a lot of painty backgrounds and my Distress inks were feeling lonely, so I pulled them out to use for the background! I pulled a  blank page from my journal, taped off the spiral binding, found the page's center, and taped that too. Tumbled China Distress ink was sponged over the left hand side of the page, heat set, then sponged again over the Positive Times Two stencil by Green Peppper Press.

The center tape was lifted, repositioned, then Chipped Sapphire Distress ink was sponged over the right side of the page, heat set, and sponged again over the Raindrops stencil by Prima.

The tape was lifted off the binding and repositioned. Black Soot Distress ink was sponged over the spirals.

Green cardstock was torn and adhered to the base of the page. White cardstock was die-cut using ancient Roxy Mini font dies by QuicKutz to spell out "Balance". The letters were sponged with either Tumbled China or Chipped Sapphire Distress inks and adhered to the page atop the green cardstock. The entire page was edged with Black Soot Distress ink, then Dance was adhered to the page.

A lot of people choose one word at the beginning of a new year, based on Ali Edward's One Little Word® challenge. Being me, I've selected several words.  Balance is one of my words for 2015 and I've interpreted it on this page as a balance between light/positive and dark/rain, though it also means several other things to me. I likely will create another few pages for the other words I've chosen for the year. I don't know whether I will share them or not...

Anyway, thanks for visiting today!

Birdie Cheers!

This week's challenge at The Outlawz Coloring Challenges is Birds, in honor of National Bird Day, which will be celebrated on Monday, January 5th!

Here's some information about National Bird Day!
  • The beauty, songs, and flight of birds have long been sources of human inspiration.
  • Today, nearly 12 percent of the world's 9,800 bird species may face extinction within the next century, including nearly one-third of the world's 330 parrot species.
  • Birds are sentinel species whose plight serves as barometer of ecosystem health and alert system for detecting global environmental ills.
  • Many of the world's parrots and songbirds are threatened with extinction due to pressures from the illegal pet trade, disease, and habitat loss.
  • Public awareness and education about the physical and behavioral needs of birds can go far in improving the welfare of the millions of birds kept in captivity.
  • The survival and well-being of the world's birds depends upon public education and support for conservation.
This is the reason for National Bird Day! Click on this link to learn more!!
You should definitely enter this challenge. All you need is to do is color an open line image of a bird with any colorant you choose! You should also visit my Outlawz Coloring Challenge Teamies' blogs for inspiration! Carla, Penny, and Laine are seriously talented!

This card also qualifies for the Anything Goes challenge over at Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog! You can use any hand-stamped image for this challenge and can win a fabulous prize! This challenge ends next Monday, January 5th at 11:59 EST.

Here's my card which uses Stampotique's Birdy Shoes (Kira Nichols) and Banner (France Papillon).

Birdy Shoes was stamped three times with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with Copic markers, fussy-cut, and edged with black marker. The birds' beaks were touched with Clear Gelly Glaze pen to make them dimensional and shiny.

Banner was also stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto yellowish-green patterned paper from the Kioshi 6x6 pad by Basic Grey, colored with Copic markers, fussy-cut, edged with black marker, and set aside.

Translucent vellum was die-cut with my Layered Champagne Glass die by Die-namics. The champagne part was colored with Copic markers, then the champagne flute and champagne were run through my Xyron machine to add adhesive to them. They were layered and adhered to blue patterned paper from the Kioshi 6x6 pad by Basic Grey, then outlined with a N01 Copic marker.

The three colored and fussy-cut Birdy Shoes images were adhered to the blue cardstock, then outlined with N0, N01, N02 Copic markers. Teamwork prevailed and the top bird lucked out and got to partake of the bubbly. However, they do plan on taking turns so each birdy gets a chance to enjoy the champagne. I know this because I was told by a little birdy...

Anyway, I digressed. Patterned paper from the Sweet Threads 6x6 pad by Basic Grey was layered with the blue patterned paper from the Kioshi pad. All edges were sponged with Gathered Twigs Distress ink.

The Banner image was wonkily adhered over the layered patterned papers (to cover a slight oops). Vellum was die-cut with the bubbles die from the Tiny Bubbles die set by Memory Box and this was adhered to the card front.

Yellowish-green patterned paper from the Kioshi 6x6 pad by Basic Grey was die-cut with a very old QuicKutz arrow die. The arrow's edges were sponged with Gathered Twigs Distress ink. A leftover piece of blue patterned paper was die-cut using the Cheers die by Elizabeth Craft Designs, then adhered to the arrow.
