Here's my first card for Lost Coast Portal to Creativity's January's Bright and Cheerful Challenge 193.
I got the flu as a Christmas present, so I started 2025 feeling dizzy and blah. Apparently, I got confused and missed the "cheerful" part of the challenge, but I did nail the bright and dizzy elements.Here's my card created with the Alfred Hitchcock Standing Rubber Stamp by Carmen's Veranda with the Perspective Floor Rubber Stamp by Lost Coast Designs.

Instructions:
- Create a 5.5" square card from black (Raven) cardstock.
- Use Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp Alfred Hitchcock onto Bristol paper. Heat set.
- Fussy-cut Alfred, color him with Zig Real Brush Markers, and edge him with a dark marker. Set him aside to stew.
- Brush Cheerful VersaFine Clair ink over a sheet of Bristol cardstock.
- Use a stipple brush to randomly pounce Summertime and Aqua Mist VersaFine Clair Inks over the background panel.
- Heat set and trim to to 5.5" square.
- Place the Time Tunnel Stencil over the inked background panel and secure with low-tack tape or magnets.
- Sponge Purple Delight VersaFine Clair over the Time Tunnel Stencil onto the speckled yellow background panel, remove the stencil, then heat set.
- Use Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp the Perspective Floor Rubber Stamp onto the leftover piece of yellow speckled cardstock, then heat set.
- Cut black cardstock with the film strip cutting die, birds cutting dies, a film camera cutting die, and a rotary phone cutting die.
- Cut white cardstock with the rotary phone dial.
- Cut silver cardstock with circle dies and the film camera dies.
- Cut red cardstock with an "M" cutting die.
- Adhere the Perspective Floor element to the bottom left of the background panel.
- Adhere the film strip die-cut along the right edge of the background panel
- Adhere the bird die-cuts to one of the apertures of the film strip.
- Assemble the movie camera and adhere in the center film strip aperture.
- Assemble and adhere the telephone die-cut. Adhere the red "M" to the phone's dial.
- Adhere the fussy-cut, colored, and edged Alfred Hitchcock to the background as shown.
- Trim the image panel to 5.25" square and edge with Purple Delight VersaFine Clair Ink.
- Adhere the card front to the 5.5" black card.
- Adhere the Idea-ology sentiment sticker to finish the card.
