Purrfectly Playful!

When Stampendous!® released the fabulous Kitty Mischief Perfectly Clear Stamp™ Set, I knew that I needed to have it.  As a crazy cat lady who collects cat stamps and cat dies and cat punches, I have a reputation to uphold! Anyway, who am I to resist such cuteness?

Here's a slimline card with three of the six cats in the set.

Instructions:
  1. Use one of the dies from the Essential Rectangle Frames Die Set to cut a scrap of cardstock to be used as a template.
  2. Draw a horizontal line on the die-cut template where you'd like the kittens to sit.
  3. Choose the three cats you'd like to use and position them as desired being sure that they are face down on the die-cut template.
  4. Press the lid of the stamping platform into the back of the three stamps and lift.
  5. Remove the template and retain for a later use.
  6. Use magnets to secure a piece of white media paper onto the base of the stamping platform.
  7. Ink the stamps with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and stamp. Repeat inking and stamping if necessary to get good impressions of all three stamps.
  8. Remove the stamped image panel and cut using the same die used for the template.
  9. Ink the stamps again and stamp onto a piece of label paper.
  10. Fussy-cut all three cats from the label paper and place over their counterparts as masks.
  11. Secure the image panel die-cut to the STAY-tion with magnets.
  12. Cut a piece of scrap paper in a wavy manner and place horizontally over the base of the stamped and masked image panel. Secure this with magnets.
  13. Brush Periwinkle Prism ink over the masked cats to create the sky.
  14. Lift the piece of scrap paper covering the base of the image panel and lift the masks covering the kitties. I retain my masks with the stamp set for later uses.
  15. Remove the image panel from the STAY-tion.
  16. Color the kitties and the grass with Copic markers.
  17. Cut a piece of light grey cardstock 1/8" larger than the image die-cut panel and use to mat the image.
  18. Use the largest of the dies from the Essential Rectangle Frames Die Set to cut the pawprint patterned paper.
  19. Create a slimline card from dark grey cardstock.
  20. Use magnets to secure a piece of light grey cardstock onto the base of the stamping platform.
  21. Position the desired sentiment from the Cat Sayings Perfectly Clear Stamp set face down on the grey cardstock. Press the platform's lid onto the stamp.
  22. Lift the cover of the platform, ink the stamp with Onyx Black VersaFine ink, and stamp the sentiment. Repeat inking and stamping if necessary for a good impression.
  23. Remove the stamp from the platform and clean.
  24. Position the pawprint heart face down onto the stamped sentiment panel then press the lid onto the back of the stamp.
  25. Lift the lid of the platform, ink the stamp with Magenta Hue Archival Ink, and stamp. Repeat if necessary for a good impression.
  26. Use the Frame Sentiment die to cut the sentiment panel. It will cut the sentiment and a frame around it.
  27. Cut the darker grey cardstock with the same die.
  28. Adhere the matted image panel onto the patterned paper die-cut.
  29. Adhere the patterned paper die-cut to the grey card created in step #19.
  30. Adhere the framed sentiment to finish the card.
