Instructions and Notes:
The Acetate Circle Mask set contains the positive and negative parts of two sizes of circles for a total of four pieces.
1. Use Jet Black Archival ink to stamp the ship from the Eclectica 11 Set with Archival ink onto 140 lb. Mixed Media cardstock and onto label paper
2. Fussy-cut the ship's body, sails, and flags and adhere over their counterparts.
3. Use purple tape to secure the image panel was taped to my STAY-tion.
4. Position the large circle mask from the Acetate Circle Masks over the ship and secure it with a magnet.
5. Place a strip of a magnetic vent cover across the image panel to create a horizon line. See Photo #1 below.
6. Sponge and/or brush Worn Lipstick, Kitch Flamingo, and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide inks along the bottom edges of the circle and the along the horizon. See Photo #2.
7. Sponge and/or brush Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks above and around the circle mask to create the rest of the sky. See Photo #3.
9. Sponge or Brush Fossilized Amber and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Inks over the masks onto the circle to create the sun. Remove and clean the masks. See Photo #4.
11. Brush or sponge Faded Jeans, Blueprint Sketch, Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon, and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide inks horizontally over the base of the image panel to create the sea. I found that working from the horizon downward worked well and facilitated blending.
12. When happy with the coverage, spritz water overtop and then heat set. See Photo #5 for the result. Remove the purple tape.
13. Lift the masks from the ship. Use LePlume watercolor markers to color the ship, lifeboats, and sails.
14. Use magnets to secure the image panel to the base of the stamping platform.
15. Position the compass stamp facedown on the upper right and the anchor facedown on the lower left of the image panel. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamps and lift.
16. Ink the stamps with Blueprint Sketch Distress ink and stamp.
17. Remove the stamps, clean, and set aside.

21. Heat set the image panel.
22. Position the the sentiments from the Destination Unknown Clear Polymer Stamp Set by Visible Image facedown on the image panel. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the stamps and lift.
