It's Tuesday, my day to create a project for Topflight Stamps. This week I created a mail art tag that will be sent to overseas to become part of a a PaperArtsy Mail Art Journal compiled by Victoria Wilding.

Stamping Platform
Instructions:
- Use Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to stamp the focal image from the Lynn Perrella 27 Rubber Cling Mounted Stamp Set onto mixed media paper, and heat set.
- Use watercolor markers and a waterbrush to color the image.
- Fussy-cut around the ribbons in the image then edge the entire image with a black marker. Set aside.
- Apply drops of Buff, Blah Mange, and Sea Glass Fresco Finish Chalk Acrylic Paints to a piece of foam, pounce the foam onto a craft sheet to mix the paints, then dab the foam onto a piece of mixed media paper until it's covered
- Heat set and cut the painted paper with a tag die. Reserve the excess painted paper.
- Use Sea Breeze VersaMagic Chalk ink to stamp the postage stamps pattern of Mini 129 Ink and the Dog Cling Mount Stampat the top left, the right side, and along the bottom. Heat set.
- Using a stamping platform and Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink, stamp the Mini 132 Ink and the Dog Cling Mount Stamp on the top right of the tag. Heat set.
- Use Post-It Notes to cover all but the chevron pattern from the Mini 132 Ink and the Dog Cling Mount Stamp Mount Stamp.
- Ink the stamp with Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink, remove the Post-It Notes, and stamp the chevron on the right side of the tag. Heat Set.
- Repeat Steps #8 and #9 along the bottom left of the tag.
- Edge the tag with Morning Mist and Nocturne VersaFine Clair Inks then heat set the entire tag.
- Use Post-It Notes (or Repositionable Scotch Tape) to cover everything but the Mail Art postage stamp Mini 131 Ink and the Dog Cling Mount Stamp.
- Ink the Mail Art Stamp with Turquoise Gem VersaMagic Ink, remove the Post-It Notes, and stamp onto the excess painted paper from Step #5.
- Place Post-It Notes (or tape) around the 23¢ postage stamp from the Mini 131 Ink and the Dog Cling Mount Stamp.
- Ink the 23¢ Stamp with Morning Mist VersaFine Clair Ink, remove the Post-It Notes, and stamp onto the excess painted paper.
- Place the heart stamp from t he Perfect Blend Clear Stamp Set facedown on the Postage Stamp.
- Ink the stamp with Pink Grapefruit VersaMagic ink. Stamp off the ink onto a scrap, then stamp the heart onto the Postage Stamp.
- Heat set both stamped Stamps and cut with the square and rectangular postage dies from the Postale Thinlits Die Set.
- Use Turquoise Gem and Sea Breeze VersaMagic Ink to edge the postage stamps. Heat Set.
- Adhere the focal image and the two faux postage stamps to the tag.
- Thread three ribbons through the tag's hole to finish the project.
