Love is in the Air

Coby van Vilgenburg is hosting this week's challenge over at Stampotique Designer's Challenges and her theme is "Love is in the Air. Here's what she has to say about her challenge:

Since it's The Year of the Monkey, I decided to use Stampotique's Flying Monkey (Janet Klein) and Fairytale Castle (Jo Capper-Sandon) for a Valentine's Day card.

Flying Monkey was stamped three times with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (Imagine Crafts), fussy-cut, colored with Copic markers, then edged with a black pen. Fairytale Castle was stamped with Desert Sand Memento ink, fussy-cut, and colored with Copic markers. Looking at the card now, I should have stamped and colored it grey. Oh well. Hindsight.

White cardstock was die-cut with the Puffy Clouds die (Die-namics) and colored with Copic markers. Green cardstock was die-cut with  Stitched Scene Builder Edgers die set (Frantic Stamper). Red cardstock was die-cut with the With Love die (Spellbinders) and also punched with a heart punch.

The scene was put together and given to its intended recipient. Hence the late posting of the card.
