Yahoo!!! New Bombshell Stamps!!!

Yay! There are two new stamp sets joining the Tattoo & Pin-Up Collection!

They're the Indian Princess and Indian Warrior sets that will play ever-so-nicely with all of the Western-themed stamp sets!

They are currently available as Digital sets, but will be also available in gorgeous deeply-etched rubber, which can be pre-ordered now.

Here's my card using the Indian Warrior with Bow and the Arrow through letter stamps.

Both the girl and the arrow were colored with Copic markers which I'll list below. They were then masked with Winsor & Newton Masking Fluid. When it was dry, the sky and ground were airbrushed with the Copic Airbrush System.

The Copic Airbrush System was also used with the Mini Patterned Stripes Template from The Crafter's Workshop. I taped the stencil to Kraft cardstock and then airbrushed through the stencil using BG43 and BG57. The airbrushed stripes were then cut out and edged with Peacock Feathers Distress ink, which matched very well.

Since I had the airbrush going, I figured I'd might as well airbrush some Zva Creative White Pearl Dots to use on the borders. I used B28 and R24 on them!

I haven't decided who will get the card for what occasion, so it's sentiment-less for now. There's plenty of room under that arrow for one when I'm ready.

Now that you've seen my project, you really ought to go to Bombshell's Blog to check out what the Bombshell Girls did with these wonderful new sets.

Thanks for visiting today!

  1. Well, isn't she the "bomb" though? She even has horns on her headdress! Love your coloring, Kathi, and also your airbrushing! Really cool pattern that you created on the Kraft CS. Love those colored beads, too! This is a really cool card! :^)

  3. Great coloring on this one. I also love that you used the arrow thru the envelope. The embellies on the borders look just like beadwork too.
