Here's my last project created for April's Lost Coast Portal to Creativity's "Where's My Hat?" Challenge 196.
It's a snarky anniversary card created with two of the penguins from the Penguin Anthropomorphs Rubber Stamp Set by Lost Coast Designs.

Instructions:
- Make a 7" x 5" card from Raven Black Textured Cardstock. Set aside.
- Use Obsidian Black Amalgam Ink to stamp two of the penguins from the Penguin Anthropomorphs Rubber Stamp Set onto white cardstock and onto repositionable sticker paper. Heat set.
- Color both penguins with Copic markers.
- Use White gel pen to emphacize the penguins' eyes, then use a black fine point multilinerto add pupils.
- Use Gold and red Stardust Glitter pens to add some glitter to his crown, his sceptre, and her hat dangles.
- Fussy-cut the sticker paper versions of both images and place them over their counterparts on the image panel.
- Place Repositionable Scotch Tape horizontally across the bottom part of the image panel.
- Sponge or brush Lost Shadow Distress Ink over the tape and the masked images to add color to the background.
- Use magnets and/or low-tack tape to secure the Feather Leaf 8x8 Stencil over the image panel.
- Sponge or brush Lost Shadow Distress Ink over the stencil to add pattern and visual interest to the background.
- Move the repositionable Scotch Tape so that it sits on the horizon linecovering the bottom of the top of the image panel.
- Sponge or brush Desert Sand Memento Ink over the tape and the masked images to add a floor.
- Remove the tape and masks.
- Trim the image panel and edge with a black marker.
- Cut a piece of Raven Black Textrued cardstock so that it's .25" larger than the image panel and use to mat the image panel.
- Trim red heart-patterned paper to 6.75" x 4.75" and edge with a black marker to become the background panel.
- Adhere the patterned paper background panel to the reserved black 7" x 5" card.
- Select a snarky sticker from the Sentimental Sticker Stack and edge it with a black marker.
- Cut a strip of gold metallic cardstock slightly larger than the sticker and use it to mat the sticker.
- Use a corner die to cut gold metallic cardstock four times.
- Adhere the image panel, matted sticker, and corners to the background patterned paper to finish the card.
