Cold Days, Warm Hearts

Mmmmm. Cocoa! Those mice have the right idea, especially as winter has arrived!

Here's a card created with Stampendous!' House-Mouse Designs® Marshmallow Mice Rubber Stamp.

Pearlescent Shimmers Chalk by Pebbles

Instructions:
  1. Cut a piece of 12x12 brown cardstock in half. Reserve half. 
  2. Score the other piece at 6" and fold to form a 6" square card.
  3. Cut a piece of patterned paper to 5.75" square and adhere to the card.
  4. Use Memento ink to stamp the image onto white paper.
  5. Use Copic markers to color the image.
  6. Use shimmery chalk to carefully add the background around the mice.
  7. Trim the image panel to 5" x 3.75".
  8. Trim a piece of blue cardstock .25" larger and use to mat the image.
  9. Use black ink to stamp the sentiment onto white paper.
  10. Closely trim the sentiment and use the same chalk to add color to the sentiment panel.
  11. Trim a piece of blue cardstock slightly larger than the sentiment panel and use to mat the sentiment.
  12. Adhere the image panel and sentiment to the card.
