Rose on Woodgrain

I really like to stamp onto patterned paper and then color the image with Copic markers. You can get some really interesting results. 

Here's an example where I stamped the rose and sentiment from the Stampendous!' beautiful new Rose Fragrance Perfectly Clear Stamp Set.

Instructions:
  1. Cut Kiwi Vintage Double Dot Patterned paper to 8.5 " x 4.25", score, and fold to form an A2 card.
  2. Cut the other side of the Kiwi Vintage Double Dot Patterned paper to 4" x 5.5"
  3. Use Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the image and the sentiment onto the wood-grained patterned paper.
  4. Color the image with Copic markers.
  5. Use the white Glaze gel pen to color the berries on the left of the image.
  6. Lightly distress the edges of the wood patterned paper, then adhere to the yellow dotted Kiwi patterned paper image panel.
  7. Tie the yellow twine around the matted image panel.
  8. Secure to the image panel to the A2 card.
