Over at Bombshell Stamps' forum, there are loads of challenges, swaps, and tutorials.
Seven of us participated in a technique-themed ATC swap. I love doing ATCs, but haven't done all that many of them. Initially, I was going to do seven different techniques as a one-off of each. Being me, I had already completed two of them and started a third one before I changed my mind and went with something completely different and did seven of seven of one design.
So, I figured I'd share the two that didn't make the "cut".
"Imagine"
I used the silhouette clipper ship from Bombshell Stamps' A Pirate's Life, alcohol inks, an old die cut bottle which I traced, patterned paper scraps, glossy accents, and an "Imagine" epoxy sticker.
"HeArt"
This one features the flaming/thorny heart from Bombshell's Sacred Heart set. I colored it with Copic markers, cut it out, then coated it with Ranger's Crackle Accents paint. The patterned paper is old Scenic Route and the typewriter key stickers are from my stash.
I'll be mailing out all the ATCs tomorrow, so I'll share the "final cut" after the other swappers receive them!
Thanks for visiting today!
so COOL and thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a sweet comment!
ReplyDeleteOh what an awesome ATC! Love the image in the bottle!!!! Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThese didn't make the cut?! If that's that case, then the ones that did must be out of this world! Love that clipper ship in the bottle...it's like a tiny masterpiece. AND that flaming heart is one of my favorite images and looks fab on your ATC. Dang, why didn't I get in on this swap, so I can get my hands on more of your amazing stuff ;D **kicking myself**
