  3. Use Copic markers to color the cats. Use a Y11 marker to outline both cats and BV and N markers to add a shadow under their butts.
  4. Use a white gel pen to add highlights to their eyes.
  5. Fussy-cut the sticker paper version of both cats and place them over their counterparts on the image panel as masks.
  6. Place a ruler or scrap paper horizontally under the right cat to cover the bottom portion of the image panel.
  7. Brush Cheerful VersaFine Clair Ink over the masks to add color to the top part of the image panel.
  8. Place the Filigree 8x8 Stencil over the image panel and secure it to the panel with tape, magnets, etc.
  9. Brush Paradise VersaFine Clair Ink over the stencil and the masks onto the top left and bottom right sides of the top of the panel.
  10. Wipe the excess ink off of the stencil.
  11. Brush Verdant VersaFine Clair Ink over the stencil onto edges of the blue ink towards the center of the panel. Wipe the excess ink off of the stencil again.
