Instructions:
  1. Create an A2 card from Rainforest cardstock. Set aside.
  2. Use a stamping platform and Tuxedo Black Memento ink to stamp the Fox onto Neenah cardstock and onto Repositionable Label Paper.
  3. Fussy-cut the Label Paper version and adhere it onto its counterpart on the image panel.
  4. Use magnets to secure the image panel to the STAY-tion.
  5. Place the magnetic STAY-tion ruler over the base of the image panel.
  6. Brush Jersey Cream Prism Ink, which is a very pale yellow, over the image panel.
  7. Brush the same ink over one of the patterns on the Small Backgrounds Stencil PS108 to create a very, very subtle pattern on the background of the image panel.
  8. Move the ruler to cover the top part of the image and brush Desert Sand Memento ink over the bottom of the panel.
  9. Lift the mask and retain it for another use.
  10. Color the fox and the wood floor with Copic markers.
  11. Place green vellum onto the base of the stamping platform.
  12. Position the Curved Banner die facedown on the vellum and place the sentiment stamp facedown on the die.
  13. Press the platform's lid onto the back of the sentiment stamp, then lift the lid.
  14. Use magnets to secure vellum to the base of the stamping platform.*
  15. Ink the sentiment stamp with Noir Palette ink and stamp. Repeat inking and stamping if necessary.
  16. Let dry for a few minutes.
  17. Use the Curved Banner Die to cut the sentiment.
  18. Trim the image panel.
  19. Use the largest scalloped rectangle die to cut green vellum.
  20. Adhere the vellum die-cut to the reserved card.
  21. Adhere the image panel to the card.
  22. Fold the sentiment banner die and adhere as shown to finish the card.
Notes:
  • Use Hybrid or Solvent ink to stamp on vellum. Be sure to clean your stamp immediately after stamping as the solvent ink allegedly will damage clear stamps.
  • I placed the sentiment stamp onto the metal die on the stamping platform before securing the vellum with magnets because the magnets would alter the position of the metal die.
  • I wish I had a window seat so I could relax with a warm cup of coffee while watching the world unfold outside.
Thanks for visiting today!
