Cure for the "Cobbler's Family Syndrome"

What exactly is the "Cobbler's Family Syndrome"? It's when the Cobbler's Family doesn't have good shoes because the cobbler is too busy.

My version of this syndrome is that I make loads of cards for dt deliverables and for submissions but can't seem to manage to make and send cards for family and friends.

My cure? I'm trying to make and stockpile some cards to actually be mailed! What a concept! How am I doing this? I'm making duplicate cards when I can and filing them into a "Card Stash to be Mailed" box. Cards that were submitted and not picked up will also be added to the box.

In fact, I hope to spend a bit of time this weekend creating some cards for the "To Be Mailed Box". I actually just posted a challenge at the at Odd Bird Planet Forum at SplitCoast Stampers! Why don't you participate in the challenge and add to your card stash?

Now if only I could create something to help me remember to address and mail cards!

This "Wishing you loads of loot" card uses:
Scuba Priscilla, who was colored with both Prismacolor and Copic markers.
Philippes Le Fish Small Left, who were colored with Copic markers and Uniball Signo White Gel pen.
Treasure Chest -- the wooden part was colored with Copic markers, but the treasure and lock parts were colored with Pentel Arts Metallic Brush markers.
Stems, which were repeatedly stamped with Shabby Shutters, Pine Needles, and Mustard Seed Distress Inks to make them look like sea plants.

The air bubbles were drawn with the White Uniball Signo Gel pen and are glittery from Prisma Glitter.

Thanks for visiting today!
